ndrea is a rising LPGA Tour star, and her debut win in the Portland Classic 2022 was a event to remember. Lee has won at every level, including her collegiate golf career during her time at Standford University where she earned nine wins and stayed for 17 weeks in the position of being the #1 Women's Amateur from the World. In the wake of winning the Mark H. McCormack Award as the top-ranked Women's Amateur worldwide after the end of the season in 2019, Lee decided to go pro. Andrea Lee is a Los Angeles native, born in the month of the month of August in 1998. James started teaching her daughter golf from the age of five. Over the course of four years she racked up 50 junior titles. The year 2014 was the time she advanced to the semi-finals of the US Women's Open in Pinehurst No. aged 15 with her dad along with her as a caddie. She was invited by sponsors to participate in the 2015. ANA Inspiration LPGA Tour, but she missed the cut. Lee participated for the USA in the Junior Ryder Cup Junior Solheim Cup Curtis Cup Women's World Amateur Team Championship and the Junior Ryder Cup. After joining Stanford University in 2016 she became the top-rated athlete in the history of the university in that moment. Over the following three years she took home nine individual championships. Lee completed her studies at Stanford University in 2019 and turned professional. Her amateur seasons comprised 17 weeks consecutively at the top the World Amateur Golf Ranking. Lee was awarded the Mark H. McCormack medal for 2019 after she finished with the top ranking amateur. Lee scored four hole-in ones and one albatross as an amateur. The first time she played she was a top-10 player with two finishings. She was seventh at the AIG Women's Open 2020, which was held on Kingsbarns Golf Links. Lee won the first LPGA Tour triumph at the Portland Classic in 2022. The winner wished her luck to the late Min Lee, stating that he said I was a great player and always believed that I could do it. The victory was in memory of her late grandfather Min, whom she claims always called me an athlete and believed in my abilities. She previously competed in soccer figure skating and taekwondo. Lee's other hobbies include movies, singing bowling, and shopping.
